Our Promise

We want you to love your Hadassa candle. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on used or lit products, but here’s our returns policy:

Unopened and Undamaged Items

You may exchange or request a refund within 7 days of delivery, provided the candle is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

How to Return
  1. Email hello@hadassacandles.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, ship the item back to us at your cost.

  3. After inspection, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping) or provide a replacement.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo. We’ll either resend the item or issue a refund.

Non-returnable Items
  • Used or lit candles

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom or made-to-order candles
