At Hadassa Handmade Candles, we carefully handcraft and deliver your order with care. Here’s what to expect regarding shipping:

Shipping Areas

We currently deliver within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally yet.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 – 5 business days after payment. Once dispatched, standard shipping takes 3 – 5 business days.

Shipping Cost & Tracking

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships—so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Delays & Issues

• If your package doesn’t arrive within 7 business days of dispatch, please email us at hello@hadassacandles.co.za

• If a parcel is marked delivered but not received, we’ll help you locate it with the courier.

Change of Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to update it before dispatch, contact us ASAP at hello@hadassacandles.co.za.
